By placing an order with Angie’s Ashes Memorial Jewellery you are agreeing to the following;

  1. It is the client’s responsibility to correctly measure their ring size and order the correct size ring as once ashes are set into the ring this cannot be changed. Gold rings are made to order in the chosen size and cannot be changed once ordered

  2. Colours may appear slightly different to pictured due to monitor and screen differences, also when set into gold backgrounds. Ashes also vary in colour and shade, this can also affect the overall appearance. Tiny air bubbles sometimes appear in the resin during the setting process, every effort is made to eliminate air bubbles but cannot be avoided 100%.

  3. Once an order is placed Angie’s Ashes will post out an ashes kit with instructions how to safely send a small amount of ashes. It is the client’s responsibility to use the correct postage to send the ashes to Angie's Ashes. If the ashes unfortunately do go missing in the post Angie’s Ashes is not liable for this.

  4. After completing a purchase and you wish to change your mind on the colour or item (NOT made to order items) you have until the day the ashes arrive with us. Once the ashes arrive and work begins on your items changes cannot be made.

  5. If you wish to completely cancel an order you have 48 hours from placing the order to do so. After 48 hours Angie's Ashes is not obliged to fully refund you. (Gold cannot be cancelled)

  6. Your jewellery items are expected to be completed and posted back to you within 14-21 days from the day the ashes arrive with us (except made to order pieces). Completed orders are safely packaged and returned by Royal Mail special delivery, tracked and insured along with any remaining ashes.

  7. If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so this can be resolved.

  8. A full aftercare leaflet is included with every order, Angie's Ashes will not accept responsibility for any accidental damage caused to jewellery items by not following the aftercare instructions. This includes accidental damage to the precious metal, resin inclusion, chains or accent stones (cubic zirconia or crystals).

  9. All jewellery pieces with accent stones (cubic zirconia or crystals) go through thorough quality control before leaving. Rings especially are subject to wear and accent stones can become loose and fall out, if this happens after 7 days it is considered accidental damage. Accent stones can be reset with the cost payable by the client.

  10. Resin inclusions can become dull after general wear and tear (especially rings). If this happens within 6 months of purchase a repair can be made free of charge. After 6 months a fee of £30 is charged to recoat and polish the resin and jewellery. Client to cover postage to send item to Angie’s Ashes.

  11. Refunds will only be considered if an item arrives faulty. Colour shades or tiny air bubbles are not classed as faulty. All jewellery items are thoroughly checked before posting out, are well packaged and should arrive in the exact condition that they left Angie’s Ashes.

  12. Sales & Offers  - We reserve the right to (i) cancel any sales and/or offers at any time, (ii) Cancel or remove any individuals benefit from it, (iii) Amend these Terms and Conditions
